Loyalty FAQ

How do I earn VIP status?

Every purchase made with your account counts toward your lifetime spend. Once your total crosses a tier threshold (e.g. €50 for Scout, €150 for Bronze), the tier unlocks immediately and applies to all future checkouts.

Does my VIP tier ever expire or reset?

No. VIP tiers are permanent. Once unlocked, you keep the discount rate and perks forever with zero maintenance requirements.

Do VIP discounts stack with bundle deals?

Yes. Your VIP discount is applied on top of category bundle discounts and any running sale. All discounts together are capped at 50% off the full price.
