1. Who you are buying from

Frozen Scripts operates from the Netherlands. These terms govern purchases from https://frozen-scripts.com. Contact [email protected] for questions about these terms or an order.

2. Digital products and compatibility

We supply downloadable FiveM resources, including scripts, vehicles, clothing, maps and related assets. No physical goods are shipped. Read the individual product description, previews, framework requirements, dependencies and license restrictions before ordering. Compatibility with ESX, QBCore, standalone servers or a particular game build applies only where stated for that product. A description of one resource is not a promise about every resource in the store.

3. Accounts and ordering

You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase contract or obtain any authorisation required by your local law. Supply accurate account and payment information and protect your login details. Review the total, currency and any taxes disclosed before confirming payment. Purchases are one-time payments unless a separate recurring offer is expressly introduced and agreed to before payment. A successful payment is followed by order confirmation and access to the purchased resources. An unpaid or failed payment does not grant a license. We will not substitute a different product or materially change a paid order without your agreement.

4. Delivery and access

Standard resources are normally made available in your account after payment is confirmed. Payment-provider checks or technical problems may delay access. See the digital delivery policy for help with missing files. Some products require a license key or permitted server configuration; requirements must be disclosed before purchase. The availability and scope of updates and support are those described in the offer when you buy. Nothing here removes updates or remedies required by law.

5. Permission to use resources

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use the supplied resource for your own FiveM server projects, within the product-specific server, user or deployment limits disclosed before purchase. It does not transfer ownership of intellectual property. You may make necessary backup copies and configure or modify files to the extent the product license and applicable law permit. Staff access needed to run your server must not become a separate distribution of the resource. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

Unless separately permitted by the relevant rights holder or applicable law, you must not resell, publicly distribute, leak or sublicense paid files or license keys, falsely claim authorship, or bypass license restrictions. These restrictions do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. Third-party software, brands and assets remain subject to their own rights and licenses.

6. Platform rules and third-party services

Frozen Scripts is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Use the resources consistently with the applicable game, platform, hosting and third-party license rules. A lore-friendly or debadged description does not guarantee approval by a platform or rights holder. Do not use resources to cheat in GTA Online. Third-party platform changes may affect compatibility; we will address resulting issues to the extent promised in the product offer or required by law.

7. Refunds, cancellation and defective content

Once you download or access a digital product, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. Mandatory rights concerning duplicate charges, failed delivery and defective content remain protected. Mandatory withdrawal and digital-content conformity rights take priority over store terms. Immediate digital delivery does not by itself remove a consumer's withdrawal right. Any applicable exception requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Read the refund and cancellation policies for details.

8. Misuse and suspension

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect the service or address a material license breach. Measures must be proportionate. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and give you a way to contact us about a mistake. A refund or lawful termination may end access to the refunded resource and its license. A complaint or exercise of consumer rights is not itself grounds for punishment.

9. Responsibility and disputes

We remain responsible for supplying content that matches the contract and for remedies required by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms do not guarantee a particular server income, player count or performance on undisclosed hardware. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. You retain access to competent courts, applicable consumer authorities and any legally available alternative dispute resolution. These terms are governed by Dutch law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them.

10. Changes and contact

The version accepted when ordering applies to that purchase. Future updates to these terms will be dated and will not retroactively remove purchased rights. Any material change to ongoing obligations will be handled as required by law.
